Who we are
We teach skills and practices that genuinely matter—designed for how your mind actually works.
Getting older doesn't mean settling for less. But it does mean you've earned the right to learn differently.
Whether you were diagnosed with ADHD, autism, dyslexia or sensory processing differences recently or years ago, you've likely spent considerable time in spaces not designed for you. You might be newly self-aware about your neurology. You might simply want to learn something meaningful in a way that doesn't leave you exhausted or frustrated.
That's precisely what we do.
What We Offer
We've created one-to-one courses for adults who know themselves well enough to learn on their own terms. No group pressure. No one-size-fits-all nonsense. Just you, an expert instructor, and the space to learn properly.
Our consultancy offers six carefully chosen practices:
Spoon Carving — the deeply absorbing craft of shaping wood by hand; meditative, tangible, and genuinely satisfying
Digital Confidence — practical skills that make technology work for you, not the other way round
Wildlife Foraging Walks — thoughtful nature exploration that reconnects you with the seasons and your own senses
Art Practice — creative expression without the weight of expectation or pretence
Somatic Meditation — body-based techniques that calm your nervous system and help you inhabit yourself more fully
Fly Fishing — the contemplative rhythm of presence, patience, and water
Each course is built around you. Your pace. Your interests. Your neurology.
Why One-to-One?
Neurodiverse adults often do their best work with undivided attention. You won't be rushed through to fit a schedule. You won't be measured against others. You won't be expected to conform to someone else's idea of how learning "should" look.
Instead, you'll work with an instructor who understands neurodiversity genuinely—not from a distance, but in the detail of how you actually learn. Someone who builds the conditions for real competence and real enjoyment.
Who We're For
You might be recently diagnosed and making sense of yourself for the first time. You might have known about your neurodiversity for years and are finally looking for something that doesn't require you to mask or compensate. You might simply want to learn something substantial in a way that respects how your mind works.
We work with adults who are thoughtful enough to invest in themselves—not because anything's broken, but because they want to discover what's possible when learning is actually designed with them, not at them.
What You'll Take Away
More than a new skill or hobby. You'll build genuine confidence in how you learn best. You'll experience the quiet satisfaction of real mastery—on your own terms. You'll reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been sidelined. And you'll have concrete evidence that you can do challenging things your way.
